Jamie and I as well as our family would like to thank you for your amazing job at our wedding. Everything was so perfect! You guys went above and beyond our expectations, the food was amazing, the set up was beautiful and the sandcastle cake had everyone amazed and in disbelief that it was even a cake (not to mention it was the best cheese cake we had ever had). We felt comfortable with all your ideas and we knew we were going to be blown away, and we were. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your efforts and yummy food. You truly made our wedding day amazing. (I think we are going to start making excuses to have a big event just so you guys can cater it, lol.)

This is a letter of recommendation for Belle Fete Events & Catering.
In late September we had a tented outdoor wedding for our youngest son. It never rained so hard as it did that day! Many complications happened because of the weather but I have to say NOTHING went wrong with the catering. Everything was done to perfection! The fish was superb and people made statements like “I never eat fish but I ended up eating the whole thing!”. My husband enjoyed his beef tenderloin so much that he ended up eating two portions! The salad was light and so unique. Usually you have the same bill of fare at weddings. Not this event. The courtiousness of the staff was outstanding as they went out of their way to provide shelter from the elements. I could go on and on.
