We pride ourselves in adopting environmentally friendly business practices in all that we do.

These practices include:

· An emphasis on locally sourced ingredients in all our menus
· Scraps from our prep kitchen are always composted
· We recycle all glass, plastic, metal and cardboard containers
· All plastic used on our events is biodegradable
· Use of Fair Trade Coffee & Teas
· Organic and vegan menus are available upon request
· Member of The Maine Organic Farmers & Gardeners Association
· Ask about our bamboo plate options. Very green & elegant!
· Proposals and correspondence are done electronically via email & PDF files
· Our leftovers are donated to the Mid-Coast Hunger Prevention Program
